Carnival

The Grand Theatre of Lemmings have produced and directed Harwich Schools Carnival for the last five years. This large event involves over ten schools and 1,500 children who look forward to the event each year.

Set up by Creative Partnership this is a platform for the creative work that goes on in schools throughout Tendring District.

The Carnival has also made the Lemmings the centre of a 'hub' for creative artists in the area drawing on the skills of over a dozen visual and performance artists in the region. 2012 will see the Harwich Schools Carnival at the start of the Essex Olympic celebrations.
