Educational Work

For five years the Lemmings worked as Creative producers/agents for Creative Partnerships in the Haven Gateway. Working with a variety of schools, they designed and set up many creative projects such as the 'Garden of Curiosities' at Two Village school in Harwich. The idea came from 'Alice in Wonderland' and involved the school in developing a large outdoor area with curiosities that by definition would excite in children a 'desire to know'.

During their time with Creative Partnerships the lemmings delivered many exciting projects working as practitioners as well and also produced the Harwich School's Carnival. In addition they qualified as Excite trainers to deliver the theory and practice of creativity. Although largely delivered in an educational context these skills can be widely used in many situations.
